Todd Magro, MD

Dr. Todd Magro is a board-certified psychiatrist and medical director for Coastal Psychiatry. As a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association (FAPA), he's recognized by his colleagues as a leader in psychiatry.
Dr. Magro has worked closely with veterans for years. From 2018-2023, served as a psychiatrist for the 628th Medical Group at Joint Base Charleston, and he currently works as a psychiatrist for the Defense Health Agency.
A collaborative process that empowers patients to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. He uses a whole-person approach that addresses not only the symptoms but also the underlying causes and contributing factors of mental health issues.
He has called Charleston home for more than a decade. He loves animals, traveling, cooking, exploring Charleston's food scene, and boating on the Lowcountry waterways.

Debra Ort, NP

Debra Ort is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. For more than 15 years, she’s focused on mental illness with co-occurring disorders like substance abuse. She believes in a holistic approach, with a strong belief in the power of positive thinking and positive energy. She is certified in Reiki.
Debra was honored as nurse practitioner of the year in 2013 in the state of Maine.
She owned her own private practice in Maine for 10 years and relocated with her husband to the Charleston area in 2017, where they reside with their bulldog. She enjoys gardening, growing roses, and various plants, and doting on her grandchildren.
