Dr. Magro graduated medical school from the University of Tennessee, then came to Charleston for residency in Psychiatry at the Medical University of South Carolina and participated in the NIDA-funded Drug and Alcohol Research Tract. After residency, he completed a fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at MUSC.
